Here’s the "know-before-you-go" so everything runs smooth as butter.
1. Give Us a Holler
Don’t wait until you’re standing at the counter if you’re in a hurry. Give us a ring at (615) 383-7114.
Be Ready: Have your order figured out before you call. We move fast, and there’s usually a line of folks behind the counter and a stack of tickets a mile high.
The Daily Specials: Remember, our menu changes with the sunrise! If you’re pinin’ for the meatloaf or those turnip greens, make sure it’s the right day of the week before you get your heart set.
2. The "Pick-Up" Protocol
When you pull into the lot, don’t let the crowd spook you.
Head on In: Walk right past the folks waitin’ for a booth and look for the pick up area by the kitchen.
Identify Yourself: Just let the ladies know you called it in. They’ll have your plates bagged up.
Check Your Loot: We do our best to pack everything tight, but it never hurts to make sure you got your extra cornbread before you drive off!
3. Large Orders (The "Family Reunion" Rule)
If you’re lookin’ to feed the whole office or a Sunday School class, do us a kindness and call as early as you can. If you’re orderin’ for more than five or six folks, giving us an hour’s head start helps us make sure your fried chicken is hot and your tea is sweet.
